Individual Heat Recovery Ventilation NSL Corporation has closely followed the development of a system that has just gone into production. We believe that better than any alternative the company has explored so far, this particular system will offer true healthy spaces in the home. Stale air contains noxious gasses and can be hazardous for ones health. Proper ventilation without too much energy loss is certainly something to be embraced and we hope to introduce this product before the end of the year.
Wind Energy Everyone is familiar with windmills. Centuries ago the Dutch harnessed wind energy to power flower mills and wood working shops. Today we are experiencing wind farms sprouting up all over the countryside to provide electrical power for homes and businesses. But there are drawbacks to these horizontal wind-turbines, as they are commonly known. They are relatively noisy, not particularly good looking in our landscape and they have been responsible for many bird kills. The alternative is the helical vertical turbine. These are much more efficient on account that they catch the wind from all directions including up and down draughts without any adjustment. In addition they are completely silent, will not harm birds and are in most cases pleasing to the eye. NSL Corporation is currently exploring adding a line of helical vertical turbines to its assortment. We believe that these systems can architecturally enhance communities. They are electrical energy generators similar to solar panels. They are not intended to compete with solar power but to work side by side. The sun doesn’t always shine, nor does the wind always blow.

Rather than heating the entire home, this method only provided the degree of heat one enjoys in those areas where one usually relaxes. Set to a timed thermostat or a movement detector these systems could potentially reduce energy in the home by a significant percentage. More about this will be published here in the very near future.
